Recipes for Us

Having only one adult in the house can pose certain challenges. Most meal conversations go a little something like this:

“What would you like for dinner?”

“Noodles and hot dogs.”

“Again?”

Quick meals are great, and noodles and hot dogs do have their place, but this bland repetition makes you long for those creative, more time-consuming “adult” dishes.
