Turkey Salad

There are three really great things about this recipe. One, it was so easy to make with very little prep time. Two, you can put it on several different things: crackers, bread, veggies, etc. Three, it is one of those fabulous meals that combines meat and vegetables. We as mothers know, there is no easier way to get a child to eat vegetables than to hide it in a yummy dish.

Ingredients:Turkey Salad

1 lb turkey, shredded

2 green onions, chopped

1 green or red bell pepper

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp sugar


 

1) In a medium-sized bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, and sugar. Mix thoroughly.

2) Add green onions and bell pepper to the mix.

3) Add turkey to the mix.

4) Serve!
